Pegu Club (Historical)
1.5 oz London Dry Gin
.75 oz Dry Curacao
1 barspoon fresh lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass or tin. Add ice, and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe
Note: This is one of the only recipes we’re aware of that calls for citrus AND for being stirred. That said, it’s still one of Josh’s favorite drinks of all time. Try it with tequila blanco and Pierre Ferrand Yuzu Curacao.
