Returns
Because our products are food and beverage items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, all sales are final once an order has shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Lost or Undelivered Orders

Model Citizen Mixers LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout, packages that are refused, or packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

We take the quality of our mixers seriously. If you receive a product that you believe does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and details about the concern.
Quality-related refund or replacement requests will be reviewed individually. We may request photographs, product information, batch information, or other details necessary to evaluate the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is the result of an error by Model Citizen Mixers LLC or a verified shipping or product-quality issue.
