The weather is turning- there’s a chill in the air- and we can feel the first whispers of Old Fashioned season coming. Join Brand Ambassador Benny Hurwitz and beverage director, consultant, and bottle shop owner Josh Seaburg for a master class on the Old Fashioned.

We’ll explore how modifications to spirit, sweetener, bitters, aromatics, and dilution can transform an Old Fashioned while staying true to its roots. Attendees will leave with practical tools and inspiration to develop original, menu-ready Old Fashioned riffs of their own.
