Early one this month! We’ll be tweaking the food menu a bit, as well as bringing out some new fun drinks like the Stigi Fizz (A classic, strawberry infused agave, lime, sugar, aquafaba and black pepper), and the Waffle-Housed (waffle infused whiskey, maple syrup, bitters).

By Request Only - singani, lemon, cointreau, satsuma sugar

Stigi Fizz - strawberry teqmez, lime, simple, aquafaba, black pepper

You Teas - gin, jasmine tea syrup, cocchi americano, lemon

No New Friends - apple brandy, px sherry, bitters

Enzo the Baker+ - scotch, cynar, chocolate liqueur

Horseapple - choice of spirit, fresh apple, horseradish (Giuseppe Gonzalez)
