Whether bespoke drinks, or classic cocktails, intimate events or blow-out parties, we have the solutions to keep you hosting and entertaining rather than shaking and stirring.

We offer a broad range of both consumer and professionally focused classes, with particular focus in spirits training, cocktail fundamentals, and tech-focused solutions using such tools as milk washing, centrifugation, sous vide and more. Past clients include Campari America, Portland Cocktail Week, and RVA's Carnival of Cocktails.
